Personal discounts in "Your Deals" Your EXTRA discount is valid until the stated expiry date. Applicable once on selected articles and will be automatically deducted from the invoice if it is active when the order is placed. Your EXTRA discount is non-transferable and can only be redeemed in combination with an order at ABOUT YOU. In the event of a return, the EXTRA discount expires. Payment, subsequent offsetting or reimbursement is not possible. Your EXTRA discount cannot be combined with other EXTRA discounts, coupons and vouchers.
Coupons Your coupon is valid until the expiry date stated on the coupon. It will be automatically deducted from the invoice if the coupon is activated when the order is placed. Coupons must be activated per product before being added to the shopping basket. The coupon is non-transferable and can only be redeemed in combination with an order at ABOUT YOU. In the event of a return, the coupon expires. Payment, subsequent offsetting or reimbursement is not possible. Only one coupon can be used per product. Coupons are not valid in conjunction with vouchers and cannot be redeemed during active EXTRA/deal discounts.
Vouchers with voucher code A minimum order value of 75 USD applies to third party vouchers. The voucher is not transferable and can only be used in combination with an order from ABOUT YOU. It is valid for a single purchase until the expiration date indicated on the voucher and is automatically deducted from your bill when the voucher code is specified at the time of ordering.
In case of a complete return, the voucher value is forfeited. In the case of a partial return, the voucher value will only be credited if the minimum order value is reached for the retained items. Otherwise, the voucher cannot be credited. It is not possible to redeem the voucher for products that fall below the voucher value. It is possible to redeem a maximum of one voucher per order. A cash payment is not possible.
The voucher is not valid for products in the category Spotlight Sneaker and not for following brands: Bershka, Carhartt, Garmin, Mammut, Oakley, Obey, On, Persona by Marina Rinaldi, Pull&Bear, violeta by Mango. In the event of loss or theft of the voucher, ABOUT YOU will not be able to provide a refund. There is no entitlement to partial or complete replacement of a voucher.

Special voucher conditions for the Net Promoter Score Among all participants of the Net Promoter Score survey who give their consent to use their order number, 50% off shopping vouchers will be raffled off (see conditions of participation). The maximum order value is 500 USD before using the voucher or 250 USD after using the voucher. The voucher is not transferable and can only be used in combination with an order placed with ABOUT YOU. The voucher is valid for 4 months from the date of receipt by email and will be automatically deducted from your invoice if the voucher code is provided when you place your order. In the event of a complete return, the value of the voucher is forfeited. You can redeem a maximum of one voucher per order. A cash payment is not possible.
