What can I do if I subscribed to the newsletter, but did not receive the voucher code that I was promised for subscribing?

Once subscribed to our newsletter, you will receive a confirmation email with an activation link. Your subscription is only successful after this link has been clicked.

You will then receive a message confirming your subscription along with your personal discount code. Sending this confirmation can take up to 48 hours, so please be patient.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder.

To get absolutely sure that you will receive all of our emails, you can additionally add our newsletter email address [email protected] to your address book.
