I have not received a return confirmation, how can I be sure my return has reached you?

The return process can take up to 14 days once it reaches our warehouse. If it is taking a bit longer, please don't be worried, as these are busy times. Please use the Tracking ID (visible on your receipt) of our shipping partner to check the live status online on their website. If the tracking is complete, we are processing your return in our warehouse. Should the tracking have been complete for a few days, feel free to reach out to our customer service.
